Yes, a Paypal account is required in order for you to get paid. Paypal makes transactions secure as possible for both parties.

How do I reject an offer?
If you are unhappy with the offer, you can simply not respond to the offer.

Offer times vary. In your offer email, we will indicate how long your offer is valid.

We purchase any e-tickets that can be securely transferred.

Do you purchase hard copy tickets?
No, we only purchase e-tickets. We specialize in providing an efficient option for individuals needing to sell their e-tickets.

What should I do if I have not responded to an offer within the offer time frame?
You can either re-submit your e-ticket information or you can respond to our email stating that you are still interested in our offer. We will let you know if a time extension is granted.

How long does it take to receive my payment?
Your payment will be sent the same day tickets have been received.

Does Paypal charge me a fee to receive
payment?
Yes, Paypal provides seller protection and is the safest way to send payment on the web. Paypal charges a 2.9% + .30 transaction fee and we take this into account when making you an offer.
